If you can and wish to be in charge of Gay Bishkek English pages then you are welcome. You dont need to know HTML or FTP (things needed to create and upload pages). Minimum you will have to do is to regularly supply and update the information you think may fit into Gay Bishkek English, advise on the design of pages. Maximum means no limits for creativity and the amount of information. You will also have your own email: [email protected] (not active now).
